An 1,800 sq ft Douglas Fir timber frame guest cottage on agricultural-zoned vineyard land — representative of the accessory timber frame dwellings Hearthstone designs for guest and income use across Northern Virginia hunt country. A wraparound porch, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wine cellar under a standing-seam roof. Representative project; not a confirmed Hearthstone-completed build.
