Timber Frame Pavilion — Aerial View
Large-scale open-air timber frame pavilion with standing seam metal roof. Designed for commercial outdoor dining and events with stone fireplace and full-service bar area.
Load & Weather Engineering:
Engineered for 30 psf ground snow load and 110 mph wind exposure. Ridge height of 22 feet required oversized post bases and 42-inch deep pier foundations for uplift resistance.

Load & Weather Engineering:
Frame raising required multi-day crane coordination and a 6-person crew. Each bent was pre-assembled on-site and lifted as a unit to ensure joint alignment.
