    This inquiry is designed for landowners and families planning thoughtful, long-term timber frame projects. It's appropriate if you are:

    You own land in Virginia (or are under contract) and want to build a timber frame structure that responds to the site.

    Planning 6–18+ Months Ahead

    Timber frame projects require extended timelines. If you're ready to begin planning now for construction next year, this is the right time.

    Investment-Minded

    You are ready to discuss a complete project budget covering the site, structure, enclosure and finishes.

    Seeking Design-Build Partnership

    You value coordination among your builder, architect and timber supplier, with responsibilities clearly defined.

    How many timber frame projects do you accept each year?

    Project availability depends on scope, timing and the team required.

    We review proposed projects against current commitments before agreeing to a schedule. Share your target timing and any existing design or supplier commitments so we can discuss a realistic next step.
