Lark Brewing Co. — Aldie, Loudoun County, VA
Vertical: Agritourism · Brewery Campus.
Scope: 14-acre ground-up commercial brewery campus — taproom, heavy timber pergola, outdoor lawn seating, stone fire pits, commercial kitchen, and AR-2 Limited Brewery permitting.
Outcome: Opened ahead of original schedule. Referenceable AR-2 Limited Brewery proof case under Loudoun §4.08.05.
Tuttaposto Estate — Loudoun County, VA
Vertical: Custom Timber Frame Estate.
Scope: 4,200 sq ft, two-story custom timber frame estate. Hand-joined mortise-and-tenon by specialty timber fabricators, architect-directed by S.E. Wagner Architecture, single-contract design-build delivery.
Outcome: Delivered design → permit → CO in roughly 15 months. Fully AR-2 setback-compliant.
Old Waterford Farm — Loudoun County, VA
Vertical: Estate Pool & Hardscape.
Scope: Estate gunite pool, hardscape terraces, view-corridor modeling, and septic setback engineering on protected rural land.
Outcome: 50-year gunite service-life specification met. View corridor preserved through a staked massing study before construction.
Walsh Family Wine — Purcellville, Loudoun County, VA
Vertical: Winery Production Facility + Event Space.
Scope (Hearthstone-built): A new 14,400 sq ft (240 × 60) agricultural-production facility plus adaptive-reuse of the original production building as a dedicated event space at 16031 Hillsboro Road. Hearthstone's scope is the production building and event-space conversion — not the full estate campus.
